The folks at Patterson Heating and Air Conditioning went out of their way to make the whole process really quick and easy. They helped me find financing for the job and they went out of their way to avoid disrupting our dog. They did an excellent job. The heater and AC both work really well. We had a slight problem that was caused by another company that was working up in my attic and they came out and fixed it promptly. Their service was excellent and the whole team was great. They were so professional. I felt that the pricing was good, but I didn't really check anybody else. I met with Chris and like him and his products, so I just went with him. I had initially called him out to repair something, and that was his goal, but when we went to look in the unit there was so much mold that I made the decision to get a new one put in. There was no pressure from him at all. They're on time and really professional, but also very warm and nice. I got the unit installed during our heat wave this summer, so they were working up in the attic without AC on some of our hottest days this summer. I was really impressed.
