The technician from Patterson Heating and AC was very straightforward with us. He told us exactly what the problem was and how to fix it and he seemed a lot more honest than other AC people I have worked with. The issue was a leak in the system, which he repaired. The price was reasonable. This was my first time with Patterson, but now that I know, I would go back again. He seemed very experienced.
