I thought the technician who came out from Patterson Heating and AC was very courteous. He was clean, fast, and knew exactly what he was talking about. I had an issue with the thermostat and he was able to take care of it. This was my first time working with their service but I would absolutely go back. I've already recommended his service to other people I come in contact with. I thought the price was adequate and he is a local provider. Keep the money at home. If you need someone for this type of service, he's a good person to call.
