I thought that Patterson Heating and Air Conditioning was a really good choice for our repair! Several parts had needed to be replaced on our heating unit and Chris did a great job and even cleaned up the debris and dust afterwards. He was really efficient and explained everything thoroughly, and even took pictures of the damage since it was up in the attic and hard to reach. He even offered to get new parts for us, which you don't see too often. The unit works perfectly now! He also gave us a lot of detail about potential new units and is going to follow up on a proposal. He was so informative and thorough and I appreciated the length they went ot provide awesome service!
