Was quoted a price of approx $ 365.00. I assumed that this was going to be for the replacement of the flush valve set up inside the tanks. I had two repairs done. When you take into account your $49.00 call out fee which is fair and then the approx $ 60.00 per unit I figured the approx repair price of approx $195.00 was fair.
I later found that the seals were replaced. The cost of these is in the area (and I will figure high) $ 20.00 a piece. With the call out fee this is $89.00. I figured I was charged roughly $295.00 for the job.
Hey, your man did a good job and was very professional. I also know that small jobs like this are hard to get done but your company would have still made a good buck by charging a little less. What your telling me is that you guys bill out at a little under $ 300.00 per hour.
