Your service man who came was terrific! He was clean, polite, professional. I just think $277 to install a $15.00 part is out of control. In the future I will consult with my builder before jumping into to something like this again. My builder came by later to visit me and when he saw what work was done and for the price, he was shocked. In fact, his father is a plumber and he clearly told me that I was ripped off. I didnt appreciate that and therefore I am not going to recomend you in the future.
