US Home Improvement installed 41 windows for us in a big condominium building in Boston. We did quite a bit of research beforehand on 5 different companies and decided to use US Home Improvement because of their price, warranty, and their promise for good quality.

Jack and John were very accommodating. When the installers came to put in the windows, they saw that there was something wrong with the casing. They were upfront and honest and, instead of continuing the installation, they made sure that the casing was replaced and done right, at no cost to us. Everything turned out well because they made good on their word.
