US Home Improvement was wonderful. I loved the work that they had done for my downstairs neighbor. Because I used to work in construction, I knew that their quality of work was superior. I hired them to do the windows in my home and had an excellent experience with them.

It did take a little while to get the windows...there was a back order of parts that did not have anything to do with US Home Improvement. I kept inquiring to see if they got the windows and they were great about it. Once they received them, they came out that same day to do the installation, which was finished in about 3 hours. They also were very clean, picking up everything afterward. I was glad that the job was completed in November, before we got all of the snow. I live on the ocean, so the windows have really helped with the air and drafts.

I would recommend US Home Improvement because of the high level of customer satisfaction I found with them. They are extremely nice and well-educated in terms of the way that they handle their customer service. Also, their carpentry is excellent.
