We were supposed to get a $ 95 refund from First Response Security for a very large service call that ran us for $200 but I don't believe we've received that credit yet. I was also a little put out when I discovered someone could cut the phone line and First Response would not get an alert for that. We were paying so much for security when someone could just as easily just cut the phone line without anyone knowing.

We had some power outage issues and the alarm would go off but First Response was never notified because the signal had a one minute delay. So for ten days, we were paying for coverage but none of us had any way of knowing if and when the alarm would go off.
