After I had first hired them, I was a little discontent with the work that First Response Security did for me, but after continuing to work with them I have found that they actually provide great professional service. I had them set up alarms in my home, and the people who came in did a pretty poor job of setting up all their sensors, so we had a lot of false alarms going on. I was a little weary about their expertise and skill in placing the alarms.

I contacted them soon after, and they were more happy to come and send more experienced technicians out. Since then their work has been holding over pretty well, and they have always been there anytime that I have needed their help. Overall, First Response is a great company that provides quality customer service.
