First Response Security was great at coming out and evaluating the existing security program we had here at the shopping center. They identified ways to improve the program, and they have been extremely active in the account. They are very quick to respond to any issues or concerns we may have, and they're also quick to come up with acceptable solutions for them. They took over our security contract in September 2013. They have a cutting edge incident report program that can be operated from a smart phone. This way, they can perform reporting duties out in the field, instead of in a back office somewhere.
