We just needed some extra signage for security to deter any persons we wouldn't want around our campus. First time I called First Response Security, the person was a little confused about my request. Could have been that I didn't word it correctly. Then I contacted Joel and he set me up perfectly. He had someone over to up the signage we wanted. It was good that they helped out but I just like to not spend more than one phone call on something but I know that sometimes that happens.
