I did not want just a run of the mill carpet cleaner. I searched online for great reviews and then read about their cleaning process. They did not disappoint! Lee and John explained everything they were going to do and then did it. On a day when I did not feel well due to a medical procedure that morning Lee managed to put a smile on my face.
