I've already recommended Squeaky Clean & Dry because they did such a good job for me. I'm a realtor so I have many opportunities to recommend services to clients and other people. The tech did a job in my personal apartment and his treatment was very effective. There wasn't any visual evidence of mold or mildew but there was a damp odor in the apartment. He used a chlorine treatment in the vents which worked well. His treatment was thorough and he was very knowledgeable about his service. Additionally, Squeaky Clean & Dry was very fast to respond to my call. He scheduled me in quickly and did a good follow-up. Later, I hired him to come out and do another job for me and he responded promptly. I recommend Squeaky Clean & Dry and won't hesitate to use them myself again. Five stars!
