Technicians were prompt and personable. They provided an estimate after measuring all rooms and assessing what was involved. The estimate was not the lowest that could be had, but the service itself seemed thorough, e.g., they used soft heated water provided from the truck, conditioner and a light deodorant. I don't get carpets cleaned often, so the quality of the service was the most important thing.
I was not disappointed. The carpets look much better, and the technicians that came were efficient and professional!
