From scheduling our cleaning to choosing the services we'd like, these guys were amazing. Lee and Brett were on time and efficient. I suspected there were pet stains from the previous tenant, but they were able to test the spots for me and let me know they were indeed not urine (a total relief)! They were on time, cordial, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. They also protected our walls and hardwood floors from the hoses, as they bring everything with them - including water! I highly recommend Jim and his staff!
