This was the second time I've used Squeaky Clean & Dry. This time they cleaned my upstairs' carpet. Last time they cleaned upstairs and down. It turned out great! They got rid of all the stains. They cost a little more, but it's worth it. I will continue to use them because they're punctual, very friendly and very helpful. They did a great job, and they were really efficient. If a potential customer asked about their services, I would say they did a better job than other carpet cleaners I've used in the past. The last company I used was not done professionally. Squeaky Clean & Dry are more thorough. There were no problems setting up the appointments. And Jim, the technician, cleaned my carpet both times. He was knowledgeable and definitely respectful in my home. I would recommend Squeaky Clean & Dry to my family and friends. In fact, I already have!
