Squeaky Clean & Dry

Introducing my doggy to a new home

This was my first time using Squeaky Clean & Dry. I had to call them out for a problem spot in my living room carpet. Before, I lived in a house with hardwood floor and area rugs. Now, my apartment has lots and lots of carpeting. My little doggy found one spot she really liked to potty on, and it was really hard for me to get her to stop. I knew the cleaning had to be done by somebody who would do extra work on it. I was calling all different kind of people because I really didn't know anybody who did this type of work in this area. When I talked to the guy with Squeaky Clean & Dry on the phone, he explained all about their service and what they do and how they could handle the urine - even into the padding - which always is my big concern with wall to wall carpeting. I just really thought they gave a really good intro on the phone.

So, they came and treated the carpet, paying special attention to that spot, and oh my gosh! They did an absolutely fabulous job. I was so impressed. The rug is perfect. It's beautiful, and it doesn't smell! It did cost a little more than the other companies I talked to, but i really needed it done well. The tech showed me the equipment they use to shoot the cleaning solution down into the lower portions under the rug into the pad. He reminded me that the rug will remain slightly damp for the first day or so, and it was slippery. I had to be really, really careful because I use crutches, and they slip very easily, but that went away in a day or two. I was so impressed at how beautiful it was when they were finished. They actually cleaned it so deeply and so well that it kind of pulled a few pieces of rug up from the padding a little bit, but somebody came out and put some sealant down and fixed it a few days later. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
