I mistakenly crimped an extension cord and blew it up - even had smoke smell. My husband and I worked on the circuit breaker but the reclining sofa just wouldn’t work again. So we called Mr Sparky. This would be our 2nd or 3rd call using them. We’ve always had Roberto come out and he is so professional. He explains everything that is needed and how how it can be fixed. Within 5 minutes he had the circuit breaker and electricity fixed. Our sofa was working and we were relieved. He said he wouldn’t charge us hardly anything for the call. It was such a relief. I definitely am very impressed by Mr Sparky but especially Roberto. He is a wonderful representative of your company. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family.
