It was easy to make an appointment, and no issues when I needed to reschedule twice. Service tech arrived looking professional. Was friendly and did a thorough job evaluating my entire home elecical grid before quoting the task I was requesting. No high pressure pricing tactics when it came to the quote. I did think the price was a little high, even with a Vetran/Military discount, but I don't know enough about pricing for this sort of work to know for sure. The tech was able to complete the job on the same day. The entire job was photographed by the tech and was provided to me upon payment. Overall I would use them again with the knowledge they are a reputable company.
