The electrician who was sent, Raymond quickly determined the ballast was bad. He recommended bypassing the ballast and converting the fixture to direct-wire LED bulbs. We appreciated his suggestion and he replaced the fixture. We were both completely satisfied with the new light. We feel Raymond sets a fine example for Mister Sparky. During his follow-up safety inspection he did find issues which will have to be taken care of soon.
