Clint Bennet was Mr Sparky's rep during this repair and he was absolutely, unequivocally outstanding. He accomplished the work in short order while explaining all the details of why he was doing what he was doing. He was a personable, charismatic employee who just made you feel important. He double checked all his work and conducted a safety inspection to ensure everything was copasetic. A truly outstanding individual who did a stupendous job. Thanks a zillion. The office kept me informed on when Clint was supposed to get here and they were right on track. I am completely satisfied with this job.
