Ryan was my technician, he was extremely helpful & explained what was needed to fix the problem. I had another issue & he was able to fix it as well before it became a safety issue. Mr Sparky has been to my home twice & both times they have fixed the problems. Their Customer Service is outstanding. I even promised to bake them a Bundt cake!
