I had an issue on the coldest night of the year! I contacted Mr. Sparky as a first time customer. The entire team was very understanding and quick to respond. They scheduled a service rep and called me back immediately with a status update.

My technician,Stephane, arrived promptly. He was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He sat down and showed me the pictures of what the issues were and explained what work needed to be completed.
I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky and Stephane.
