The service technicians/electricians were very professional. They were super courteous. Even though I was on standby, they were here within a couple of hours of me calling for an appointment. They were extremely thorough and discovered it was not an electrical issue with our house, but with CPS Energy. They even made calls to CPS and reported the issue for us! Then they stopped back by to check on things. I would definitely use them again if we need someone.
