I had an electrical issues that burnt out my AC on a Saturday, causing an electrical fire the disabled the unit. With a 2 month old and a 3 year old kids, this is something I definitely considered an emergency situation.

Before calling Sparky, the Company installing my AC informed me I needed an electrician.. I landed on Mister Sparky in the search results - they put me on their list and were out past midnight on a Saturday within only a few hours.

The experience with the electrician: George was extremely knowledgeable and very fast with his work. I felt that he was extremely sincere in the goal of getting my AC back up as quickly and safely as possible for the sake of my family.

The experience was educational as well in that he found flaws in work that was performed by the AC company over a year prior, which caused the electrical fire initially.

That work was 5 days ago. I had the direct line to George (not a clerk or office person relaying messages) to reference a few lines particularly on my invoice (out of multiple lines of service) - dude knew exactly the lines i needed to know immediately, as well as the exact price. They are a BUSY company, but won't treat you that way

I hope I won't need them for an emergency ever again, but in the event of one, they will be the only people I call!
