$11.9K - $14.7K price quote is way over priced. One would think I was getting a complete house rewire or installation to a brand new house. $219 to label the circuit breakers is totally absurd. $199 to tell me what I already knew that you won't fix unless I get everything done was insulting. I told him what the problem was and he verified what I told him was correct.
