This was a joke. The reception staff were excellent, and they did come to my home timely, but that’s where everything went downhill. The technician spent more than 75% of his time trying to sell me a surge protector system and then recommending that my home be completely checked for “safety” reasons. I had simple lighting to be placed (that I had already purchased) and the total of those fixtures was about $200. My quote for installing said fixtures? Guess....nearly $3,000.00!!! Unbelievable. The guy was here three hours. Complete waste of my afternoon .
