Hit and run claim, covered by my insurance company. They gave me a list of preferred vendors. I sorted by distance from me, and then started checking reviews (Yelp, etc.). It took only moments to see that Airpark Collision had a LOT of 5 star ratings.
I called and set up an appointment (for later that afternoon) to get estimates done. That took a half hour, and I had approval from my insurance instantly, with initial payments to Airpark within an hour. I got another appointment for the following Monday (to get parts in), and expected the repair to take 4-6 days.
The job was done on time, and the results are perfect. Getting picked up at the shop for the rental replacement, and being able to drop the rental at the shop on return was icing on the cake.
For any collision repair, these guys are the best.
