Well, Airpark Collision Center replaced a bumper on my new vehicle. I noticed that the bumper was attached to a piece of plastic around the fender--and that it was still loose. When I questioned them about it, they said it was broken inside and that they had to put some glue in there to hold it in. But if I hadn't questioned them about it, I wouldn't have known about it. When I asked about the part, they said it was too new and not available as of yet--and that that's why they put the glue in there and didn't fix it, I guess. Overall, the service was quick and professional.
