Dr. Chung and his team were incredibly responsive, and they answered all my questions in a very timely fashion. They were very open and honest about what the experience would be like. They kept talking to me throughout the entire experience, and they followed up with phone calls to make sure that I was doing what I was supposed to be doing. They made me feel very comfortable!
