My experience with The McLeod Firm started a little over 4 years ago and has come to an end! I was so nervous in the beginning and I remember walking in the office and meeting Mac for the first time, he has the sweetest most genuine smile! He actually cares about what you went through and wants to help! He held my hand throughout the entire process and also allowed me to have full contact with him on weekends as well. No one prepares you for a malpractice, especially in your 20's. I spent years on pain meds, anti depressants, anti anxiety, nerve pain meds, high blood pressure meds, and he was there to support me the whole time. Whether it was to listen to me cry for an hour or even if I needed just some advice... he was there. The McLeod firm isn't just a law firm, they are YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM! I will never forget what the office has done for me, my life may always be changed because of the medical negligence but Mac and his staff gave me my life back. I will always remember that!
