I had a really bad experience with Anderson Lane Body Shop Inc. A very bad experience.
I took my car there so they would do some paint work and after about a week of getting the car back the first time, the paint cracked open. So, I took the car back and they did the repair again but it came undone once again. So, the insurance inspector came by and he took a look at the car and he said the issue was with the job that they were doing, it wasn't the dent underneath which is what the owner or the shop manager there had said.
The insurance told me to take the car back to them but I didn't want to go back since we had already have an issue about the same thing. I ended up taking the car to a different shop and they were able to fix the paint and they did a really good job, I got the car a while back from them and it still looks nice. Even the insurance guy that came by said they hadn't done a proper job on the vehicle.
