The technicians were very knowledgeable of flooring and how to care for it after the visit. Marvin has many years of experience and is a joy to meet. The cleaning of carpet was quick and very thorough. The results were unbelievable, as our 15 year old carpets came back to life. The heavy traffic areas were pretreated with a solution that made spots disappear that we had tried to clean many times with almost every product. We will 100% use this fine company again and again. So very thankful we called them first!
