I have regularly called on Sanitary Rug Cleaners for our carpet cleaning and oriental rug cleaning needs for the past twelve years. They are always polite and prompt and do good work. I appreciate each of the men who have come to our home. I want to brag on Phillip, though, at this time. He has always come in, moved furniture carefully, rolled up our large rug, and carried it out on his shoulder without glory or fanfare. Joe handles the order forms while Phillip is told to wait in the truck. However, this last time they came, I asked Phillip to tell me first how much the cleaning would cost. So he waited; and, when Joe came in, he let Joe know that I wanted to know the price first. Joe told him to just go ahead and roll it up and that he'd give me a good price, but Phillip spoke up on my behalf. I appreciated that very much! Joe is a nice guy and has been handling our carpet cleaning very well these years. I just really appreciate Phillip's work, too, on our behalf and want to give him the credit he deserves.
