I had my HVAC checked out for the sale of my home. They came out and performed the requested work. While doing so, I was ask if I wanted a two ducts sealed as they had some small leaks. I said sure not thinking that caulk would cost $80.! When I question the charge it was reduced by half. $40 really for caulk!!

Then they returned to complete the repairs I question the charges before hand and then said ok. I was told the labor charges were based on 5 hours of labor. The job took a little over 2 hours. Was I offered a reduced price? NOPE!

Where this company advertises their low prices and great service don't be fooled! Good work no doubt but you will pay by being over charged OR trying to up sale you on new units!
