EXTREMELY POOR CALL BACK
Had a Beyer Boy Service tech come out to inspect my A/C and he reported on the invoice "Customer would like to speak to a Comfort Advisor about replacement". Next day I called them and relayed this same message and was passed to a voice mail and I requested a call back which NEVER CAME. I tried a 2nd time calling with the SAME RESULT the call back NEVER CAME. This to me is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and if this company cannot be TRUSTED to make a simple CALL BACK then that puts the rest of their service in POOR LIGHT and CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
