I’ve sent several rugs out for cleaning and repair to other companies in Dallas, with
some mediocre results and one disaster, so I was not confident when I recently took two rugs in to
Oriental Rug Cleaning Company. Frankly, I was astonished at the repair work ORCC performed on a rug in very bad shape from many years of wear (as it was used as a doormat for wet shoes and boots when entering from an outdoor terrace). Likewise, the cleaning performed after I dropped a large uncooked egg onto one of my favorite old rugs took out any trace of the mess. The service is friendly, and the turnaround time is very reasonable in light of the quality of the work done.
