ORC did an excellent job cleaning my much neglected wool rug. Years of use in our office, with coffee spills, doggie hair, dirt and ground in nasties, had it looking old, faded, stained and stinky. ORC brought it back to life, looking new, bright and no longer stinky. Their friendly service, quick turn-around and fair price for an excellent job made it a pleasure to do business with them. I highly recommend them and will go back again, if not with a dirty rug, then just to say hello….they are so so nice.
