I was attracted to Oriental by the beautiful building and the fact the same family has been in business there since 1911, so I read the reviews and brought five rugs in for cleaning. My rugs were immediately tagged, and the owner, Ellen Amirkhan, came out to meet me and we talked about the rugs and what needed to be done The other employees were involved in the process as well and were genuinely interested in me, my rugs and the process. I could not have been happier with the results! Since then, I have been a loyal customer, and because of their encyclopedic knowledge and care, my interest and knowledge about Oriental rugs in general has grown! I highly recommend this business with no hesitation whatsoever!
