Our rug needed to be cleaned and freshen up after 500 people came through our home one weekend as part of a neighborhood home tour. It also had pet hair on it as we have two beagles. The whole process was so easy. An appointment was made for the rug to be picked up, which it was at the appointed time. The time to clean and deliver was very reasonable.
