I had a light colored wool area rug from our living area that Oriental cleaned for me. There were stains and dirt and general wear. The cleaned rug was delivered yesterday and it looks fantastic! The pickup and delivery guys were super-so efficient and helpful to get the rug placed back and under the furniture on two sides! I got the call approximately 20 minutes ahead of when they were going to arrive. The entire service experience was excellent and the rug looks wonderful!
