Avoid this place if you have a cat you love. My cat was scratching and itching, loosing hair, and was poorly eating. I thought it was caused by flies/worms and took her to this place. I expressly asked to give her shots instead of topical or oral meds because one time when she has similar symptoms she got one shot and she was ok. They failed to tell me they don't do shots for deworming cats. Thy failed to treat her at the office for the flies. Instead, they sent home the med, that I did find out when I called them after a months because the cat was not doing better at all. To make is short, all the meds my cat got from them made her sicker and sicker. The last time when I took her for a follow up, Venus was eating well, but she was still itching and anxious because the topical they gave her for the flies caused an allergic reaction burning the skin, developing little bumps around her neck. When I called the clinic they advise to take her back for a steroid shot to calm her. That I did at the end of March. From that very moment my cat stopped eating her food. She is acting like having fatigue, looks at food and turns away. I know she is hungry but she can't eat- not the wet or dry food he was eating before. Don't know what medication they are using, what the heck they gave her, but they make my cat sick. I posted on NExtDoor asking advise for a different vet, and 50% of cat owners responding said they had similar bad experience with this clinic. Maybe they are good with dogs, I don't know. But surely, they don't know how to treat cats.
