I’m still fixing what they f’d up 2+ years later. I drove there in a mechanically sound car with a damaged fender. No dash service lights on, & a fully functioning audio system.
When I reached denbigh blvd, half the warning lights in the dash came on. The Bluetooth transmitter wasn’t working anymore. And I barely made it home. It cost me over $1400 to repair the mechanical problems they created. Thought it was just the transmitter they’d somehow damaged (inside the car?). But it turned out to be the auxiliary port wiring damaged.
And to top it off, the fender wasn’t installed correctly and is falling apart!! That cost me over $2000 out of pocket!
I spoke to a woman there who agreed to replace the fender part that was falling off & set an appointment. But when I arrived, the male manager had a pissy attitude and refused to replace it.
It’s an older car so insurance wasn’t involved. Otherwise, they would’ve done a better job or risked not getting paid.
When everyone has a ton of bad auto service experiences to share, you have to be exceptionally terrible to be the worst. Bay Custom Auto in Denbigh has earned that title.
So yeah! I’m still $@!#% after all this time!!
