First Class Tax Relief provided great service. The young lady who handled my taxes understood how upset I was, and she was very nice and calmed me down. She then explained the process to me, and what materials I needed to find at home. She coached me along, and probably took three to four weeks with the whole process, only because there was paperwork missing that she told me to find. She was very patient with me, and was able to straighten everything out.
