I spoke to a customer service representative and requested aeration service after 9/19/2016 which she stated was noted. I received a recorded message that the service would be performed on 9/7. I called an spoke to another representative who stated the 9/7 date would be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date. I received a recorded message on 9/6 stating that my aeration would be done on 9/7. It is now 9:30AM on 9/7 and I have been trying since 8:00AM to reach a representative. I left a message for a "guaranteed callback in the order my call was received" and I am still waiting. Two subsequent calls now state I have reached the number in non-business hours even though the website states they were open today from 8:00AM to 7:00PM.
