The movers were scheduled to arrive between 12pm - 2pm. I received a call at 1:00 that they were running late by 1 - 1.5 hours. They stated the earlier moves were taking longer. 2 hours later, I called for update and they stated they were going to get an update. When they called back they informed me they were "20 minutes away." When I advised this was an issue that they were so far behind, they began to make excuses that it was the end of the month/beginning of the month and they were always busier. When I stated because they know this is a pattern, it should be reflected in their scheduling. They continued to argue with me and state they were just giving good customer service. The movers finally arrived after another hour. By this time, we have emptied out a storage unit for them already so that was one less stop they had to make, and I emphasized that we were running out of time to move into the new place while the owners were around. 2 guys showed up who were nice, but clearly tired. One guy proceeded to remove items from the apartment while the other stayed in the truck (I assumed to organize the items in the truck). It took 3 hours. I asked about the discounted rate for late arrivals. They said they were not told to charge a discounted rate. I emailed and called earlier to find out what the adjustment would be with no response. Once the move was completed, I called and only got voicemail. I left voicemail messages and 2 days later have never received a response. I won't be using them again.
