We went with Presidential since they were our builders "preferred pool company". We didn't shop around and we didn't really know what to expect. Overall the sales experience was a good one. Tim was able to design a pool that combined what both of us were looking for. There were some hiccups along the way (design wise) but we let it go since we didn't want to delay the process. When it came to the actual construction and finishing of the pool Nick (the project manager) was amazing! Very thorough, excellent communication, always on top of what needed to be done. He gave us a 2-3 week completion timeline once our build was done and it was just that - 2 1/2 weeks!!! I was very impressed with his communication - even with all of my questions he continued to be incredibly helpful and kind! Our system orientation was fairly quick which was fine with me.
There were/are a few things I wish we could have done differently (on the sales/design side) but overall it was a great experience!
