Presidential pools is sales company not a service company. The installation of my pool ,deck,and separate arctic spa went well and we enjoy the results, however presidential drops the ball thereafter. Last spring I spent 40 minutes in the Gilbert store trying to buy replacement filters and onzen salts . When I had a defective onzen electrode I could not get a return phone call from mike even after 2 voice mail requests. I now order supplies directly from arctic spa.com. This year my #2 pump is not working. Friday I began the process of trying to schedule a repair appointment it is now Tuesday and I continue to talk to voice mail but no appointment. This is not a service company their use of voice mail reminds me of trying to deal with a phone company billing problem
