Sales and design part were great, after we signed, it went down hill. 2 1/2 weeks late in even getting started - their fault. We're given an upgrade tomcompensate for their mistakes, thought, ok, they are doing good. But, never stuck to the schedule they gave us, don't think they ever worked 2 consecutive days so far! We are again over a week late, "waiting on parts" they now tell us. If they are that big of a pool builder, why are we waiting a week for parts!?
Will never use again and will NEVER recommend!
We have a big hole in the ground now, just sitting for over a week.
Regret selecting Presidential Pools - do not use!
